I would recommended this company to my family and friends.There was miss communication from the company that we brought our bed from we were told one thing and City Express didn't received the job until late at night so there was no communication regarding the delivery date and time. Myself and my partner had to be at work and we were told we would have to wait another week in which we were not happy with,that evening I got a call from City Express saying they will drop off our bed on the Saturday morning with the time and they were punctual as well . To me this is a company that looks after their clients and we very much appreciated it. City Express did go out of their way to deliver our bed I shall be choosing this company in the near future.

I have used City Express over the years, and finally bought a place at West End. They made moving in a breeze, and kept the building manager happy, which is a big bonus.

They even helped show another removalist how to get someone's fridge into the lift!

We won't need them again any time soon, but I want to recommend them to everyone, as they are the best movers we have ever had in the last 30 years.

It is worthwhile emailing them, as their phones do get busy.

City Express helped me move in January, from an apartment in Bowen Hills to Gordon Park. They were on time, professional and fast. Nothing was too much trouble, and all of my furniture was handled with the utmost care.

I hired City Removals to move me from my place in Aurora to a new unit in Southbank. They were so good, they made sure that building management was happy, and followed the rules about parking and lifts, which is really nice. When I moved in to Aurora, I had so much trouble getting another company to park in the right place, and use the right lift! These guys were A+.

I would suggest ringing early, they book out pretty quickly, and I had to pick a different day. It was worth it though!

I'll be using these guys again!

I had City Removals move me from West End to Highgate Hill recently. I was very pleased with the men they sent, Luke and Tony were lovely and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. I have terrible arthritis, and was unable to move anything across before hand. Everything went very smoothly, and the nice girl at the office called to let me know before they got here.

The 2 removalists who undertook the move were brilliant – prompt, polite, efficient and extremely quick. It is obvious that anyone employed by City Removals has a brilliant work ethic.

I will definitely be recommending you to any friends I have that are moving, and will be using City Removals for any and all future moves I have.
