Amazing dentist.

I’ve had teeth issues for years and had a fear of extractions. If someone told me I could have teeth extracted with almost no pain I wouldn’t have believed it... but it happened to me.

Dr William Edmeades took the utmost care to alleviate all pain through my extractions and other procedures (I have a lot of problem teeth) and I’ve now overcome my fear of the dentist.

Seriously - didn’t hurt at all to have a tooth extracted. Not even the injection (due to some amazing numbing cream)... and I had multiple.

He also made me feel comfortable about the bad state of my teeth. I was embarrassed by it but all I received was care and good advice how to fix it. No judgement.

Could not recommend this place highly enough. Their professionalism and service is outstanding and they’re fully up-to-date use modern technology so you know you’re receiving excellent care.

Had a general check and clean here for the first time and Dr.Ekaterina has been really amazing. She was very gentle and has talked me through the process which made me feel a lot more comfortable. She made me feel at ease and was very gentle as well. Her assistant is also very nice.

Amazing staff and service! Im usually terrified by dentists, but Dr Klar and his team put me at ease, even working their magic so the injection didnt hurt! Definitely recommend this dentist practice for all my friends and family.

I had a problem with my wisdom tooth experiencing a lot of pain. I saw Dr Klar who immediately diagnosed the problem. The next day I returned to have the wisdom tooth removed and I must say that I didn't feel a thing. The sedation was fantastic and it healed quickly and without problems. Everyone at the clinic was professional and friendly. The explanations were first class. Highly recommended.

I've been using City Dental for many years. I notice that every time I go to an appointment, that the spacious Practice seems to have updated its equipment and facilities, which appear to be new, modern and 'cutting edge'. The Dentists continue to extend their skills and knowledge base by going to dental courses and embracing the newest dental technologies, as I'm always noticing new certificate frames being added to the walls. The dental nurses are friendly, accommodating and make you feel very comfortable, especially if you have any apprehension about having dental procedures. The dental surgeries are fresh, clean and hygenic and as an added bonus, the views of Darling Harbour west out to the Blue Mountains and all the way south to Sydney International Airport and beyond are spectacular and certainly make for an easy and very pleasant distraction. In my personal opinion, this is the Dental Practice with best views in Sydney. Conveniently, City Dental also offers the HICAPS system, where you can instantaneously claim back your health insurance rebate on the spot, with a simple swipe of your card. No more having to wait to get your money back and having to make a separate visit to your health insurance branch. City Dental is the best Dental Practice I know.

I got my teeth checked here the other weekend. Good service, the dentist was very nice and efficient. Also prices are not over-the-top high, so that is satisfying.

I first of all selected this dentist based on check-ups being bulk billed for Medibank Private patients, and have been very happy with their service for the last 1 1/2 years, including multiple fillings. My dentist (Dr Csilla Kiss) is professional yet friendly, the dental care is great and thorough (with digital x-rays compared to the old style x-rays at my old dentist outside of Sydney), and I've paid nothing out of pocket except for my fillings.
