Angel is such a fun, happy, attentive person. I had a great time while I was there and left with an incredible cut and colour. If you have no idea what to do with your hair this is the place to go. Angel makes great recommendations and she'll make sure you look and feel gorgeous after each appointment.

Got the best hairdo from Geun. She styled my hair for a wedding. I came out really well. Go the lot, haircut, hairdye and style. Geun is a perfectionist and meticulous about her work. She is very friendly, warm and approaches her work with great care by understanding the type of hair and what would bring out the best characteristics in it. I have difficult hair that is very fine but frizzy. I like it straight but with volume and not many hairdressers manage to get the finish I like. Geun managed to achieve the look I wanted.

I bought a $29 voucher for a haircut and thought I'd give it a try. The stylist is a cute Japanese/Korean(?) girl who doesn't speak much english but she was very sweet. I was quite happy wtih my haircut and for that price which included a scalp treatment. She took her time removing my split ends but was also careful to not take too much length away. I think I would go back again for some maintenance cuts.

I purchased a group deal for hair straightening a few months back and visited them in September 2012. I had Yumi as well and she was excellent. Lucky I hadn't read the google reviews as noted in the previous comments as they were very negative and would have scared me off. I am very happy with their hair straightening. After a few months now it is still very straight and I don't feel my hair has been damaged. I get my hair straightened every year in Box Hill and usually go for Japanese Thermal conditioning which takes 4-6 hours and cost $250+. This Shiseido treatment at Cinderella only took 1.5 hours and is just as good as the other straightening I have tried and cost me $99. I will definitely go back next year once my hair has grown out again. They are Korean and speak very little English though, and the salon needs renovating, however I am very happy with their hair cutting and straightening.

The hairdresser Yumi was difficult to understand (they are a korean speaking salon) and I was worried I didn't get across the haircut I wanted but on the contrary it turned out exactly what I wanted and the techniques used were state of the art leaving me with one of the best haircuts I have had in years!! I am very very happy and will definately return- extra bonus was also the cheapest price around ;)

I got a Group Buy to go here, the Spa Treatment was nice, they put a natural treatment on your scalp for half an hour. I had been warned by other reviews off Google that the straightener was a no go zone, so I got my hair cut (just the ends) after wash which was my choice, and then blow dried. No products used, but he did do everything as I asked for so I'm not complaining.
I think the team are Japanese, very softly spoken and I'm blaming that on my inability to understand him quickly :)
