Contacted out of the blue due to signing up with a completely different service, but so glad I did. My new plan will save me money each month & give me better return on claims :)

I was referred to ChooseWell from my yoga teacher, and we were not disappointed. They were able to find us an excellent alternative to our existing health fund - cheaper premiums and a greater return on our claims. And the whole thing was arranged over the phone in 20-30 minutes. I decided to try and check online to see if there was a health fund that would serve me better than my present one. Stephan very promptly phoned and listened to my needs and suggested a new fund. I was a little disbelieving as I could not believe that I could lower my premium and yet receive so much better cover. I needed a few days to research! Having read the details on the email Stephan quickly prepared, when he next phoned I was able to ask him a long list of questions and rest is history! I only wish I had done this before! The whole experience was so easy, when I rang the phone was answered straight away and it was a real person! Stefan was incredibly helpful and made sure the health insurance I purchased was exactly what I needed, he even made sure the payment was coming out of the bank on the day easiest for me - I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone who is looking at purchasing changing their health insurance.

ChooseWell help you find the best Health Insurance for product and price, well they certainly have done that. We are now saving $30 a month on membership and receiving more in refunds than previous as well. The best part was the service we received was exceptional,like talking to an old friend but with efficiency and knowledge. Nothing was a problem for Dianne even when my Husband kept delaying an answer and always a pleasure to talk to. I would highly reccomend this company.
