The food is average. Location is very spacious and good for big crowd. However, service is disastrous; I've to instruct 5 times for simple instruction to serve the hot pot and ice water. Much of the food are also frozen stuff. The range of food is not a huge variety. Worse, every re-order is written on the same piece of paper and there are many orders that were missed.

Chong Qing does hot pot. You can order a la carte, or choose from one of their all-you-can-eat menus. The quality of the food is good, however the service is less than satisfactory. The sauces, bowls and spoons finally came after I requested it 5 times from 3 different staff. Not only were some of the staff incapable of understanding plain english, they were also extremely rude. You have to walk up in front of them to get their attention and I couldn't believe that 2 of them gave me "the hand"... I was shocked like the rest of my table. If you don't care about service, then Chong Qing is the place to go for all-you-can-eat hot pot for a good price. $22 all-you-can-eat, and $26.80 if you want 2 pieces of prawn, scallop and mussels (you can't have any more than that).

Very modern and inviting restaurant atmosphere. Hot Pot is great with lots of varieties. Waiters were very friendly and helpful and overall a wonderful experience.
