The centre is fun and our now 4 year old has a blast; however, I’m sitting here today and the following are my observations:
1. Around 1/2 the adults are not wearing masks. Also a staff member/cleaner walked around with her mask clipped to one ear...
2. Children over 5 use both the 0-5 section and the new 1-4 section with the jumping castle. Also, children over 11 and quite frankly, very hefty/overweight, regularly utilise the large blow-up slide.

Suggest that more vigilance is required eg walk around and remind people to use masks etc, to improve the level of COVID safe practices.

Lots of parking right in front. Theres a café inside for parents to relax while the kids run a muck. Its very clean, Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Will definatly bring my kids there again

My two children attended a birthday party at Chipmunks Villawood. The highlight for them was the giant slide and they spent a lot of time on that with their friends. They also loved the climbing area and ball shooting. The toddler play area was fantastic with lots of equipment that I haven't seen in other play centres. All the equipment was new and everything looked clean. The party room was large and the kids enjoyed the party food. The food for the adults was really good too - much nicer than you would expect from a centre such as this. Would definitely recommend to others as a great location for a child's party.
