This shop is very frustrating to deal with. It is extremely rare that the phone is answered - most times it goes through to a message bank service which doesn't seem to be checked. Orders are never provided on time and there seems to be no comprehension amongst the staff of how frustrating this is. Or even that they continually fail to honour what they said they would do.
