Caruso's Fruit And Nut Barn, Glenelg

Good to support local business and this is a great fruit and veg shop. The only drawback would be parking which is often a pain at Glenelg. They have better quality produce than the supermarkets and it seems to be fresher as it lasts longer in the fridge. Worth also checking out the deli type section at the back.

I do my weekly fruit and veg shop here. They always have fresh quality produce. The staff are friendly, after going through the checkout, the cashier always calls one of the boys from out the back to carry my shopping to the car (which is sometimes parked quite far away because Glenelg is usually very busy). I think this is great, i have never received this kind of service anywhere else. They also have a loyalty card program, in which you end up getting 30% off on your last visit.

Local fresh fruit and vegs really good quality at really great prices. I can spend $20 here and get enough fruit and veg to feed the family for 2 weeks where as the same stuff at the supermarket would cost at least $50. Stay are all very friendly and chatty. Great south Australian business

This has really good fruit and veg, at the rear of the store is a small meat section and nuts. I do find though that this store can be really expensive compared to the market in the city. I have tried them but think I would stick to the local market.

Huge variety of fruits and vegetables are available at very competitive prices! They're always fresh and the service is what you would expect from a local area. Definitely the place to go for all your fruit and vegetable needs!
