After great difficulty and expense trying to find someone to help us we engaged this company to help us to improve our outdoor space. We were looking to finish off our home renovation and give it a more uniformed, easy to care for garden, that would be more child friendly. We are still waiting on this garden to be finished and we are coming up on 8 months of work. It has been slow beyond belief, a general lack of enthusiasm by the staff, constantly changing contractors, no project manager ever on site, poor build quality and poor communication about what is happening and reasons for delays. With a reasonable budget, we didn't think we were too small a job to be given lsuch low priority but we have had to chase them for everything. Our plans were good, nothing complicated or Architectural so at a loss as to why this has been the most painful experience. Put it this way, we are seriously considering never moving house again, just so we never have to renovated a garden again!!!
