My dogs love these treats specially the kangaroo ones. Clear dog are very reliable the treats are very well packaged and delivery is reasonably fast usually only a few days to arrive in Melbourne. I have been buying from them for a few years now and never had any problems,
Service and delivery to be desired! Even with delivery within Australia takes 8-10days and no promises at that! Called and emailed customer service and it was a sorry we cannot help it liase with the courier agent. Be ware of their capped delivery charges! I have bought on many other sites with much faster delivery.
Thanks for your honest comments. We use Fastway and Australia Post for shipping orders to Perth from Brisbane (and TNT occasionally for large orders) and they each have a typical delivery time which vary from 6-10 days. While Australia Post say 5-6 days we have found them more like 6-10. You do have the option of choosing a particular shipping method however the capped option condition which we plainly advertise in the shipping info page is that we choose the cheapest available which is fastway.
To be honest the only way we can offer the capped option for Perth is due to the cheaper shipping contract we have agreed with fastway. An example - a box of Pigs Ears to Perth from Brisbane with eParcel is about $38.50 and with fastway it can be about half. While you are welcome to choose any shipping option in the checkout, the capped option uses the cheapest option and for Perth its fastway. Its that or we put the price of the product up or remove the capped option for Perth - we cant sell at a loss unfortunately.
As mentioned in our email to you, we shipped your order next business day and we cant unfortunately have any influence on how long the couriers take. Also I recommended calling the courier when you asked if you could pick up the order from their depot which I think is a reaosnable response since we are not the courier and cant answer on their behalf, I felt it might be easier for you to discuss a local pick up time or other options direct. we sent you the contact details for your convenience.
We also asked what shipping company it was which you were referring to that ships orders to you so much faster so we could investigate using them for Perth as we are always open to improving our service but unfortunately you never replied to us which is surprising as you seem so passionate about this to be our first customer in 5 years to award us 1 star.
I am sorry the fact we cannot get your order to you from Brisbane faster than about 8-10 days. Try eparcel for a chance at 5-6 days or even TNT which can be as fast as 4 working days (but very expensive for small orders). I am not sure how I can help further on this other than to offer an express service which is extremely expensive and past tests showed no one opted for it.
So rare to find integrity these days but these guys have it. They care about their products and our pets!
I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my two babies.

I definitely recommend this company to all dogs and their owners. I have been buying treats for my dogs from this company for a couple of years now. The range is excellent, website and ordering is really easy and the posting is amazingly quick (I am in the outer suburbs of Perth which seems to be at the end of the universe post wise!). All of the products I have had have been great value, excellent quality and my dogs love them! Much better than buying small quantities locally.
Received the sheeps ears today really fast delivery. They were ss described and very reasonably priced. My little Princess Polly dashund tested one and she gave the paws up!

Delivery took 7 days to arrive in Tasmania :-) my 2 fussy large dogs just LOVE everything I bought from here and I am so happy about it . Surely want to order some more in a very near futufe. Thanks x x

My hyperactive jack russell LOVES the Lamb Leg joints and beef jerkies!! Keeps him out of trouble (digging holes/destroying laundry off the line!) He's very content and so is his owner! Top quality products!
Came across Cleardog when searching for lamb's/sheep ears when I couldn't source them locally. Fantastic service and very fast delivery. Especially happy that the products are sourced from Australia and New Zealand. My boys just love the chicken wings and lamb joints. Treats are well priced and I like the choice of pack sizes. Overall, a very impressive range of affordable treats with so many more to try.
