Would not recommend - This guy came to fix a leaking pipe and then insisted our hot water system needed to be replaced. My dad didn't really understand the situation and trusted his word and paid the requested amount - $2527 cash in hand... to replace and install the hot water system, when I've checked the appropriate cost and it should not be more than $1335. So, we didn't need a new hot water system to begin with ( he conveniently had a new one in his truck prior to coming to fix the pipe)... then overcharged by approx $1200..

Was horrible service. Completely exploited the fact that i was in a rush, and overcharged by more than $500. Absolutely disappointed with the service. Will never call them again, or recommend to anyone!

We needed an urgent fix of a hot water problem at our investment property and we were impressed with the quick service that was provided. The problem was solved quickly, fully tested and guaranteed for 12 months. Understandably had to pay a surcharge for it being at the weekend but it cost about what we expected it to.
