Absolutely useless when it comes to delivery.

spend over $100 for 2 pack of cat food and received a box of ants. Staff said it is my fault that i did not store them immediately because i opened the package the 2nd day.And they 'kindly' offer $20 discount for next order. I have bought this from many other stores and nothing like this. full box of ants. enjoy it.

I have been ordering from BPP for over a year now and will continue to do so for many years to come. I love that they "flat pack" so I don't have to pay for postage and bulky items still have a fair postage cost (not like those profiteering companies that like to charge a little extra for themselves) I can pay by bank transfer which is great for those of us who don't like to use a credit cards online. My fur baby and I have saved so much money by ordering with BPP - even though the extra money goes on my rescue cat anyway :)

I can't say enough about Budget Pet Products-I've used them for around 2 years now and the are just so consistently amazing. I am not always able to go on the computer so they back their business by offering a contact number. Their staff are knowledgeable and they even have a vet nurse I can speak to about my ageing Foxy, Roxy. Love Love this Aussie company!!!!!!!!!
