We had Flight and Package tour booked and i would rate them 5 star for their excellent Prices and Quality in Service. Customer friendly Staffs are one of their best quality

I'm really disappointed by this online and phone travel agency. When I use a travel agent, I expect them to know what they are doing, that they will look for the best fare available and be the expert. This was not the case at all with Best Flights. I found that I had to find the flights and ask them to quote rather than them being proactive.
There is a lack of consistency in service and quotes obtained from the travel agents within the same company. When I rang Best Flights management to address the issue, they were dismissive.
Overall, there is a lack of willingness to help you out. The attention to detail is shocking as evidenced by incorrect statements and the wrong flights being booked.
I would not use them again, but research and book flights online myself in the future.
