But I didn't expect it was shipping from HK, thought this is an Australia website. Anyway I got my Note 3 in about a week time, not too bad..
But definitly will recommand friends and will sure be back!!
Also, the camera I bought is a Japanese version, so when I turned it on all the menus were in English. I had to download the manual in English and walk my way through the language menu to change it.
They need to improve the service definitely and provide the tracking and updated status on time. But I would definitely recommend them.

HOWEVER all email was answered within an hour, and goods were delivered within 7 days.

Four days later I sent an email (probably overly terse, sorry) to both BASS and BecexTech.com. I received responses from both that same day informing package had been sent. once freighted, it only took 3 days too arrive, well protected in bubble-wrap.
Overall, I would probably use them again for future purchases and I would recommend you give them a go. They might just want to look at their customer communications; I don't know if they can flag orders so that if there is any delays from the normal "48 business hours" processing that they can be prompted to let the customer know, rather than waiting for the customer to contact them, seven days after ordering.

For most of the time, we found that some mail provider blocked the email or it gets trashed to 'junk mail' Please kindly the junk mail as chance it your mail provider put this on 'spam' or 'junk' box. I emailed again 2 days later just to verify that it was actually shipped. Since there was no status on the website, I was just politely asking for a status update. "We're looking into it" and no follow up response after that. After my third email a few days later, I got a response that said "sorry, your order was overlooked". I had paid for a priority shipping and needed it to arrive by the time they quoted, so I asked at the very minimum they compensate me for that. It was only $30 I wasnt asking for much, I just was insulted by the lack of an attempt to make up for their mistake.
After saying they could not do that, they finally offered me a $20 store voucher, (for a phone that cost a couple hundred dollars) said that was all they could do and they were running on a very thin margin. That $10 is going to break the bank after what I paid for the phone? After 13 emails (at that point) about this issue, there's no way I was going to buy something from them again anyway. It finally took me demanding my money back for them to consent to refunding the $30 shipping. That is mind baffling to me, so I dont trust any company that treats its customers like that.
After all that, they still did not expedite the shipping. I guess I'll just wait and see if this thing actually shows up. I can guarantee I am staying away from purchasing anything from BecexTech ever again, though.
