They were really friendly & assisted me greatly in finding a gift for my brother, they not only were helpful but offered all of the service that you need & don't receive from the larger stores.

Very little customer service. Staff show little interest in helping with an enquiry, one staff member rarely gets up from his chair to serve. Not as much knowledge about items for sale as you would expect.
