Very welcoming, very caring mechanic. Carmel & Bill are sincerely trustworthy people who are always looking to help you out. I recommend Automotive Autocare as the one place to go - not simply because these people are so nice, but because they also do an amazing job.

Very thorough and excellent customer service. They are willing to accommodate their customers needs and go through the issues in detail, and the shop is kept spotlessly clean. Bill took the extra time to try to work out a engine light problem at no extra charge - KMart stung me $99 to try to do the same with less success. Very highly recommended.

Have been looking for a reliable, trust-worth and affordable car mechanic place for a long time now. Carmel was friendly on the phone and cares about the customer. For once, I don't feel like being ripped off at a car mechanic. They were clear and concise about what I am paying for and didn't try and sell me things that wasn't necessary. Finally I can stop worrying about when my next car service is due.

great buissnes they took care of me when i was liveing in northcote 1 year ago they have great mechanics that no what the are talking about i would definetly go back there if im in the area and need help i recommend if u are liveing in the area go give them a try

Autocare was recommended to me by a family member who said the service was great with reliable and thorough work. Well ...he was right. I needed a RWC and service and it was done on time, with no hidden costs and a job well done. Bill even went that little extra with touch-up paint because I was selling it! I love that it is a very friendly, warm and caring family business. Will definitely be recommending Autocare to everyone I know.

Amazing.... So easy to deal with and a really thorough job. Got my car in for a major service which was carried out as quoted. Serious attention to detail and two or three courtesy phone calls both before and during the service to clarify certain aspects of the job. cannot recommend these guys highly enough. As if that wasn't enough anyway.... the lady on reception drove round to my house and gave me a jump start the next day. Above and beyond what is required

Found Autocare from Womo on the top of the list and thought to give them a try to do log servicing for my Corolla. The service was thorough, completed on time and no hidden fee. Very happy. Will take my car there again for my next service.

mechanics are always a tricky... it can be hard to find one that you can trust and really feel they are not just taking you for a ride.. bad pun.. but seriously these guys are fantastic, honest and reliable. thanks for the great work guys

Bill and Carmen service our three working vehicles and do top quality work in a spotless workshop, providing us really attentive customer service. And while they'll freely tell you they're not the cheapest around, they just do the job right and that's what saves us in the long run. When you find a good mechanic keep them - these guys are keepers.

Bill and Carmel are a great team . Professional , transparent and great communicators . They are well organised and treat people as people rather than numbers or quick and easy money machines. Bill is thorough and straight forward , he will telegraph the issues in advance ...and if its too late your car to avoid the repairs he will tell you how it is and get you a good deal on parts etc . Service for the car was a good rate ...better than teh dealership. $ 270.00 all in . Brakes were in need of a big repair , shoes pads replaced drums machined

I have been using Autocare Auotomotive for two years now and have always been very happy with the friendly service and high standard of the mechanical work carried out. Bill takes great pride in his work and I am more than happy to recommend him for any mechanical needs that you may have.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Having a mechanic as a father-in-law and recently moving to Melbourne, it was difficult to find a mechanic local to us that was approved of. He then did some research and came across the team here and was very impressed. I have had a minor service done recently which was impeccable, Bill was also kind enough to give the car a once over and note a few things that would be recommended to do in the near future.We re-booked after having some other difficulties and the friendly service was as good as before. The team here will be our only mechanics for as long as we are in Melbourne....unless they retire early!

Very impressed with the quality of service, and how helpful Bill was over the phone. I had my older Toyota in getting some work done and the work was done on time, was the amount quoted and it all looks great. It was also easy and done all over the phone as I work extended hours. I spoke with Bill and he notified me of some future issues with our current car as well gave me some great advice for the new car we're currently looking at. Very impressed all round, I've just started using Autocare Automotive, but I feel like I've been a client for years. Very pleased to have found them online.

What a difference it makes when a team care about comminacation quality of work and service. A truely fantastic find on WOMO, and the other reviews weren't wrong. These guys are thorough with their work and care about their customers interests.... Luckily for me my van broke down right in the middle of the workshop after only going in for a RWC and oil leak diagnoses, i expected a call to come collect it and take the heap of junk off their hands..instead they fixed it and at relatively lower cost to what i was expecting. Now the 'heap of junk' runs better than ever!! Thankyou so much guys!!

I cannot describe the difference it makes when you find a great mechanic, these guys tell you EXACTLY how much it will cost, stay in contact with you, the shop is immaculate and they are just super professional, I am rebooking for more work, after being shafted by another mechanic nearby, I will only go here from now on :-)
