while i dont normally dont review products but i,am a bit p,off at the moment same as larnos brought a battery for my wifes audi tt 1 week ago car wont start rang racq bad cell 7.4 volts i go back autobarn beenliegh and they dont believe the photo on my phone from the scan have to recharge and check before replacement or purchase another battery wait for test tomorrow to see if battery is dead, really maybe they should try getting to the manual release cable in audi when you are 1800 cm tall and 65 years old not fun

Purchased a supercharge battery last week and took it in today for its free installation. Sales person very friendly and very efficient.

NEVER buy a car battery here. The first time was sold wrong battery. Exchanged that. For a faulty battery which lost charge within a week, leaving us stranded and having to join racq at the side of the road. Another 300km round trip back to bundy. Told them the story and hand the battery back with receipt or replacement or refund. To be told no *insert smarmy chuckle* we have to test it ourselves we cant take your word for it. Ok so how long do we have to hang around for? "oh its that flat it will take HOURS and HOURS." We went "mate the battery is brand new. You can SEE its dead flat. We've just driven nearly 2 hours to get here, youve got the receipt, just give us a batterythat works, we have another 2 hours to get back home. This battery is costing us a fortune. I stood in front of them and started ringing consumer affairs (or whatever its called) before they caved and rang the supplier who said to just exchange it. Also had a mate have similar prob with them about batteries. Never ever again. The return service was flatter than the battery! 2 return trips to get a correct working battery plus cost of joining RACQ not to mention the travelling time or 2 hours waiting at side of road for racq to arrive
