I was given a package deal voucher and only used it for a haircut. I was only offered one appointment day and time - no negotiation. The person who cut my hair - I don't know if he was an inexperienced hairdresser or if in fact he is one of their experienced staff but I didn't get the cut I asked for. I thought I was imagining it as my hair was very long and so kind of hard to tell.
I went back a second time and as my hair was cut much shorter I could now tell that it was a poor hair cut and I definitely didn't get what I asked for.
Toward the end of the haircut I asked him why he didn't cut it the way I'd asked and he explained that he thought it worked better that way. And I had to pay for it!!
Frustrating when a hairdresser asks you what you want but then totally ignores that.
Definitely won't be going back.

I used a deals vouchers here for a half head foils, style cut, treatment and head massage. Although I go this in a deals package I did expect a better service than I recieved. The colour was quite good, the cut was only average and the 15 mintue massage that was promised was more like 30 seconds. It was worth it for the $49 dollars I paid but would not pay full price.

I went here as I like Aveda products and thought I would give this salon a try. The salon looks nice and modern and looks simplistic with it's dark wooden background and black polished floors but, it looks modern and has a nice clean feel to it. I was offered some Aveda tea to start off with. The girl at the salon asked what I wanted. I got a nice 10 minutes scalp massage with some essentials oils. After I got foils put into my head. The girl was quite friendly and did not pull and was not rough in handling my hair. I later got a conditioning treatment and sat in the lovely vibrating massage chair for about 15 mins. My hair was then dried, cut to how I wanted it to look and then blow dried. The girl then grabbed a mirror and asked if I was happy with the result. My hair colour looked even then cut was just right. My hair not only looked good but, also smelled lovely. This is a nice salon and staff are quite friendly and professional. The only downside is the price for cuts and colour is a bit steep. If your hair takes longer than 3 hours then you need to pay for parking as there is free parking in the centre for up to 3 hours.
Would I got back here? Definately as I was happy with the service and how good my hair looks.
