Great service from Alex and her team. Alex understood my hair and I followed her recommendations. Had a Balayage with colour melt. Loved the outcome. Am also amazed to see her teamwork with her staff, they on queue with what each other needs and assists right away.

No fuss atmosphere, great value and I am never disappointed with colour and cut...have been going for 3 years now and would not change :)

I purchased keratin treatment deal from Groupon. After the first wash, my hair was not soft as I would have expected from a keratin treatment. I was told to buy post treatment shampoo and conditioner to maintain the treatment. But nothing changed except i have dandruff from the shampoo.

Run by the wonderful Alex and her husband - I've tried many before and you will NOT get a better hairdresser than her. She's also a trained makeup artist - and saved my colour after an accident with another salon and was just so sweet about it. I've been there 2 times since for trims and treatments and they always throw in a free head massage and there's always great conversation going on - and you'll literally be paying at least $50 cheaper than the name salons. Woman's L'oreal trained and has many interesting life stories to tell. Lovely

This is a new Hairdressing salon in Hornsby which I tried on the weekend.

They are very professional, caring and at the moment are offering great discounts. They discuss and make suggestion before getting the scissor in their hand and cutting. I had a cough and they immediately turned off the air conditioner which I was grateful for. As the place was not busy I also got a hand and arm massage for free.
