I was there only just recently and my 12 yr old dog has been diagnosed with cancer as a result. He's not 100% certain but he said there was a 90% chance and he couldn't guarantee unless he did I biopsy which was going to cost another $500! Let's add up the costs. xray's- $1800 + $400 (local vet), that's $2200 already and the surgery was going to cost another $2500, that's almost $5000 and she most likely has cancer and that has disabled her back legs so she can't walk. The surgery had no guarantee that it was going to prevent can cancer so all we're going to do now is take care of her until we feel that she's had enough and she can go peacefully.
