Anchors Seafood Restaurant, Broadmeadow

We have only ever used their take away service however it is always delicious and fresh. I have never had bad seafood from here. The service is always friendly and I have never had to wait a ridiculous length of time for my food which is what you want in a take away shop.

Our families love Anchors - lovely staff who care plus the kids are well looked after - great fresh seafood awesome place - also try there takeaway its truly fantastic

Had dinner on weekend with a large group who were well looked after even with the little kids on our table - food was superb and freshness was outstanding! I must say this place is immaculate in cleanliness and even though it's in suburbia - it is the best we've dined at in ages - well done

I had a meal here recently with my partner, the food was amazing and reasonably priced. Service was a little under what I would have expected but overall was a nice place to go.

Best in Newie for seafood - we don't go anywhere else ever - try the chilli mussels And the staff are really helpful with menu choices and fresh fish types and cooking suggestions - good one guys!

Really love this place - the whole snapper is so good ! Try it with the lemon sauce it's the best - also had the homemade icecream (amareto toffee) the best thing I've ever eaten in my life !!

Very special place ! We had fresh prawns and there chowder is so good. I had scallops in white wine sauce - really tasty and other people at our table commented on meal size as well. Loved the cocktails and staff were lovely also. We are already booked in for next month !

Love the Lobster!! I always have mornay but last night (Tuesday) had creamy garlic - OMGGGGGG!!!!! Anchors always have THE BEST food and we all love it. Thanks Guys

Absolutely had a great meal - big fat fresh snapper ! Tasty and fresh - they were very attentive and helpful as I am gluten intolerant and had been recommended by friends - I am happy that I can even get gluten free takeaway options here also.

Anchors is my favourite when it comes to fresh fish. I always ask "what's fresh today?" and have about 6 to choose from. Having friends who are Coeliac, I also appreciate that the waitstaff always ask "any intollerance to Gluten?". They cater for kids and large groups, and they always treat you well.

Went with a lady friend this week for lunch. Excellent, tasty, clean, plentiful and overall a lovely day. Thanks ladies who served us well.

We went today for lunch and had the lobster specials - both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The girls were lovely who served us and the meals were large and very tasty. I bought some fresh prawns on the way out for dinner tonight. Great little spot - we will return with the rest of the family soon. Thanks

The chilli crab is to die for! Fresh, tasty and great ! I even got a birthday balloon on my chair ! Top spot - these guys are on the money for honest food a a good price !!!

Thank you to the manager who helped us with our elderly guests - nice to know theres still places around that care about real service. We all loved the "mocktails" and enjoyed thoroughly the fresh prawns. Thank you for looking after our group so well

The Seafood was beautiful and the staff really attentive. Tuesday lunch with some girls from work on our break - really nice - will go again. (try the garlic prawns! Too good)

Truly wonderful lunch on mothers day With nan and mum - we shared the huge seafood tower and really liked the homemade ice creams - it was really busy but we had a nice waitress who looked after us very well. We get our Friday night takeaway here but had not eaten in the restaurant for about 8 years - heaps better now - Great seafood
