I would not recommend Freedom Dental. I am so disappointed in the level of service (or lack thereof) I’ve received from them- even after spending a lot of $$$$. My dentist left the clinic earlier this year and since then my experience has been disappointing. I am extremely disappointed with my Invisalign. The dentist now only works one day a month which has significantly delayed my treatment - often I don’t even see him and therefore he has no visibility over my progress. What’s worse is that I have voiced my concerns and have heard no response back from the practice manager - I’ve followed up at least three times to get things resolved and have been told the practice manager is “too busy and he will get back to me”. That was about six weeks ago and still nothing. The experience with Freedom Dental has caused me a lot of stress. I spent a lot of money on my Invisalign case and have been left unhappy with my results and my experience at Freedom Dental. I’ve ended up transferring to another dentist and am so happy that I did.

Don’t bother going to Freedom Dental. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to anyone. My review is consistent with others.

This place looks nice. But poor service. Most of the time i need to wait over 1/2-1 hr from my appoinment and even reschedule in short notice. I had my root canal and crown w/ Dr John. A few months later the crown fell off and they tried to charge me for fixing it. I recently meet specialist regading my root canal as it is always painful apparently Dr John didnt do it correctly. So I need to redo with specialist. Such a waste.

I had a dental emergency last Tuesday and (by a chance google search) reached their book in an appointment. The staff member that answered the phone was extremely polite and accommodating and made an appointment for me, on that morning. I had contacted several other companies prior which were unable to cater for me at such short notice and given I was not an existing customer.
After further consultation elsewhere I was informed it may be best that I book in an Endodontist appointment so I cancelled this appointment. After finding out from the Endodontist that the tooth would need to be pulled I re-contacted your office in order to see if I could still be fitted in on this day. Again I was met with an extremely polite and accommodating receptionist who catered for me and booked in another appointment for me again on the same day.
I was booked in with the Dentist Dr George Abdelmalek. By the time I saw Dr Abdelmalek I was in extreme pain so not in a great frame of mind. When I arrived the receptionists at the front and at the back office made me feel very at ease and they were so friendly and welcoming. Their happy and friendly nature can be a rare find in admin/reception staff these days.
Dr Abdelmalek was extremely warm and patient in his approach and he is a true professional.

They have an amazing culture and team of people and I cannot fault anyone or speak more highly of the dentist Dr Abdelmalek and reception/admin staff.
I will now be using them as my regular dentist.

I have been to many other dentists in the past few years and have always felt dissatisfied. I want to thank Freedom for looking after me above and beyond my expectations for these past few months. Extremely nice clinic, and very professional and friendly staff. The dental hygienist was very gentle, and the principal dentist who saw me was very competent, and took the time to answer questions. I'd definitely recommend this place if you're afraid of seeing dentists!

I did have an issue with misquoted treatment plan, which has since been resolved by the practice.

My appointment at Freedom Dental was outstanding! Normally, I feel uncomfortable even thinking of seeing the dentist, however I've never felt more relaxed. I was welcomed more kindly than ever before in my life, and I was treated with the utmost care. I was frequently asked if I was comfortable, and whether I needed a break or rinse. The dentist and her assistant were both very cautious to make sure I didn't experience any uncomfort. I have extremely sensitive teeth and yet I felt I was in the hands of the most professional, experienced and trustworthy dentists I ever imagined existing. I have no fears or worries to return for my next appointment. The entire experience was incredible, 6 star! :)
