We got these guys to only do hard scaping for our front, back and side yards - garden beds, lawn, mulching, a bit of paving. Overall I was happy with service and job, but a couple of negative points, 1) part of my lawn perhaps wasn't "tampered" down properly, so it was squishy - now that it's set and the lawn has taken to the soil, it is not 100% flat, but a bit "bumpy"(from where we'd stepped on and made it squishy) - not terribly noticeable, but retrospectively we should have called them to rectify it asap, which I think they would have fixed it). 2) I have a few pavers as steps in my front yard; it's quite far apart, they should have put the pavers a bit closer together - people need to take quite large steps. this i'm not too certain that they'd come back to rectify...
