The therapist immediately attended to my most sore areas with a combination of very painful but effective pressure, and gentle soothing rubbing. He instinctively knew where the pain was coming from and how it referred to other areas, and taught me how to address this in future.

Just love every visit with Matthew , cant thank him enough for his excellent, knowledgable care and very professional manner. I come home feeling relieved from my ailments and totally energised. A little pain for a mountain size of gain...total bliss.

My therapist Josie listened attentively to what I told her about my pain, and she treated me accordingly. She was very skilled and I felt immediate relief in parts of my body that have been chronically tight for a long time. This has given me some hope that I might be able to manage my arthritis and pain.

I got hip bursitis over 18 months ago. After physiotherapies, cortizone shot and other stretches and remedial massaging nothing was really helping. Over time my hips have locked up and my groins so tight I’ve been struggling to walk without pain and so much tightness I was able to walk out feeling better straight after which to my relief was the best feeling!

Kana is an excellent therapist, and did a lot of work in the first hour session. I appreciated her attention to how the problem connected both up my back and down my legs, and I super appreciated her advice on after care. She warned that I might feel sore and not better the next day because the muscles were so tight, but the result is amazing and I feel really good and was able to walk a lot and drive for 4 hours without pain.
