I've been there many years before as a full paying customer and they were good then but it makes no sense that their level or service and customer care drops so significantly just because you bought a voucher. They gave me the wrong treatment and didn't do all the things listed on my "Fit for a queen" package voucher and when they told me my treatment was over 40min later (instead of 1.5h) I realised they'd done something wrong. Since I'm not a regular spa person, I didn't realise at the time that the treatment was different from the voucher. The manager said it was my fault I didn't tell the therapist they were giving me the wrong treatment! I have NEVER received such poor customer service blaming ME for THEIR mistake! I gave them my voucher at the start of the session and even quoted it to them several times over the phone when making and confirming the booking so I don't see how it is MY MISTAKE. I will never go back again as a discount voucher OR full fee customer. Save your money on the vouchers as they seem to think it's OK to give you sub-standard service when you buy them. You will be happier paying full price elsewhere.

I Purchased a deal which included a facial plus having my hair done. The price that I paid for the deal was extraordinary. I was nervous to get my hair done cause I have had some bad experiences with hair dresses, but after having my hair colored and cut and blow dryed I was extreamly happy with the results. And to have the facial done prior my hair was a total relaxation to add to my treament. And to top it off I was offered to come back and have the same service done for nearly the same price as my voucher. I was so happy with the outcome of the voucher I purchased and have recently been back to have the same service and left feeling good and happy for the second time.

I purchased a facial package from this salon from their website and found it to be great value for my money. The therapist was very nice and new alot about the skin. I would definitely recomend this salon to my friends.

Fabulous service from lovely qualified therapist, Yes it is on a busy street, so you do get the noise from outside but the treatment that I received relaxed me that much that I didn't even hear the noise. I actually fell asleep. My therapist was firm in my treatment, where as I have had treatments where I cant even feel a difference. My facial was superb, it felt like a face lift at the end. :) I would highly recommend this salon because their services deliver the results that is expected.

Absolutely the best service ever. Lucy at the front desk is always a great help and gives good guidance , as for the service, I have had all therapist, and they are all fantastic. Especially Josie.

Two of my friends and I went here for a pamper session and were not disappointed - from start to finish it was a lovely experience and the girls were all very professional. The treatment (massage, facial, scrub down etc) was soooo nice and we all walked out feeling fab! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love going to this Day Spa, just like Parramatta the staff are always inviting and very friendly. The beauty about Leichhardt is the whole experience. You feel like you have gone on a Island holiday, but you are in the middle of the city. All their services are luxurious and affordable. It's a place where you can go on your own, or with a friend or even a group of girlfriends. It's a must girls day out if you ask me, and they always do the best jobs.
