I bought 2 feather cushion inserts on-line. Great price, took advantage of Linen Club discount and order received within a few days. Inserts appear to be of good quality. Only word of warning, if you need to go to the post office to collect make sure you have photo ID.

I placed two orders with Adairs Online, who deliver through Australia Post. My first order went AWOL; the second was missing 1 of two items. The girls at Adairs Online went above & beyond
what one usually expects from most companies. Many phone calls & emails were exchanged between us - they did everything possible to try to locate my order/s, & kept me informed. It certainly did seem to go back to problems with Australia Post. In spite of that, they replaced my first order & the missing item from my second order at no cost. Most importantly, although I felt like a pest, at no time was I treated like one - on the contrary, they were proactive & sympathetic. There isn't a single thing I could fault with their customer service, at a time when
is becoming rarer these days.

I ordered from this online store for the first time the other day. I found the site very easy to navigate and the prices were a lot cheaper than anything I could find in Adelaide. It was also a flat $12 postage which still made my overall order a lot cheaper. My order arrived in a very large box and I had to sign for it. The products were great and my sons LOVE their new Space Bedroom!
