Active Back Care is a great clinic with excellent practitioners. Not only do they have several fantastic chiro's but they also have physios and massage therapists working there as well. It is rare to see chiros and physios working together but it really seems to work well. They all seem very experienced and very knowledgeable. For anyone that is concerned about harsh back "manipulation" i thoroughly recommend Rod as a chiro - he is really gentle and very caring and always seems happy to listen to what is comfortable for you. Even though I know that i should go more regularly, i only go when i get sore, and i like that he never really hassles me or tries to "hard sell" me on coming more often. I have also used most of their other services over the years to deal with a range of issues - from seeing Rod for chiro to having the ocassional massage for general stress as well as for the back pain issues. They also have a physio who seems to be a genius at fixing crook shoulders and knees! - if you are looking for a place that will take great care of you without rushing you through or being pushy, go to Active Back Care.

I had a very long term problem with my feet, legs, knees and back and it was worsening. I had many xrays,been to many doctors, two specialists, a physio, a chiropractor (who helped when things got really bad) and three podiatrists. I was resigned with having to 'manage' the pain. I reluctantly went to Active Back Care on a recommendation of a friend. I was desperate but a little hopeful as my friend spoke so highly of them and as there was a chiropractor as well as a physio who worked in with each other. The chiropractor ,Rod, was up front about my condition and made no promises. In fact I think he was rather daunted, however between Chriro,Physio,Massage and Accupuncture they have eliminated all the back pain, and made a big difference to other pain levels as well as sorting out why orthotics never worked for me. Michael the physio was really good and has even made up orthotics that work! They're always on time and the receptionists are great. I could not speak more highly of these guys. They were up front, honest, interested, thorough and humble enough to say, "I can't do any more for you but one of my partners should be able to help you." I am recommending them to anyone I can.

In the seven years or more that I have been a client of Active Back Care, I have found the entire team to be the most courteous, customer focused and highly skilled group of professionals. The level of service and treatments are outstanding and there is genuine concern for each and every patient that enters their doors. I have recommended this business to many and will continue to do so!!

I have had back problems for years and have tried many different physios, exercises etc with absolutely no success and just accepted that I would have to live with chronic back pain for years. When we moved I found Active Back Care only a couple of minutes away and since going to Michael (the physio) and Mel (massage therapist) my back has never been better. Michael is without one of the best physios I have ever been to and is also an expert in acupuncture. Mel gives one of the best massages ever and although difficult to get into her, it is worth the wait. I would go to no-one else. Another great thing is that you hardly ever have to wait, which is a rare occurrence with any medical appointments. Highly recommended in every aspect.

I was suffering from neck, shoulder and back pain form several years. I am really happy that i have found Active Back care Chiropractic Clinic. Active back care Team is very nice and professional. They help me to reduce my pain and stiffness by focusing on the problem areas through massaging and a series of adjustments to the neck and spine. I experienced much more reduction in pain/stiffness on my neck and back. I will recommend Active Back care clinic all people who are suffering from back pain.

ACTIVE IS AWESOME !!!

I have been going to Active Back Care for the last 4 years. As soon as you enter Michelle greets you with a warm welcome using your name and a huge smile. I have a 1/2hr massage with Toshi then a quick adjustment (maintenance) with Rod. The staff are always friendly and are excellent at what they do. I have recommended Active to friends and family and they have all been happy with the quality and service like me.
