Andrew did a pre-purchase inspection of a home which we have under contract . The written report was extremely thorough, giving us a complete picture of the deficiencies of the property, along with discussing the possible means of addressing them. After the report was complete, Andrew was available for follow up questions by phone and email, which was a huge help. All communication was prompt, detailed, and professional. Andrew's relaxed and friendly demeanor helped set our minds at ease, during the otherwise stressful process of buying a home. He was just a pleasure to do business with. Andrew came out to inspect the house we were considering buying, he inspected the whole place inside and out from top to toe for an hour then showed us his findings in person. He took us through his findings and told us what needed to be done and how urgent the job was. Very professional from the moment we rang to make the appointment, and know what he is talking about. When he were finished he took our payment details and processed it when he got back to the office. An email receipt and in depth report was sent out. A pest inspection was done in conjunction with the building inspection it was by a separate company but do alot of work with Action Property Inspections.

Like most, we find that buying a house can be very stressful, not least because of the pressure of tight deadlines which our recent contract involved.

Andrew arrived on time and was very thorough on site. He explained the nature of defects so that we were aware of the strengths and weakness of the building. This enabled us to feel confident in our purchase. The pest inspector recommended and arranged by you at our request was also excellent.

The inspection reports were prompt and proved very useful in final negotiations as we were able to obtain a reduction off the purchase price for remedy of a small defect. (In this regard, our calls to discuss the nature of the defects were answered and/returned; not always the case after fees have been paid :-))

All in all, an excellent service by prompt, efficient professionals, who were accommodating of our needs and lovely to deal with.
