ALDI is a ggood store. They offer more then just food. Lots of little goodies to look at!
Their prices are good. Sometimes they don't meet all food needs which is a pain but overall pretty good store to shop at

Ideal place for cheaper prices BUT you cannot get all your groceries here, which makes it a pain when you then have to go to another supermarket. At times you can only buy fruit and vegies in packered amounts, which is not much good if I only want a small amount. Could have a couple more registers as can get very busy at times. If you want to put groceries on credit card, they add extra, so bit of a catch there. You can usually find staff to help you find what ever your looking for.

I enjoy the atmosphere and the friendly staff - not to mention reasonable pricing - a lot of businesses can take a few lessons from the chirpy staff.

Walking distance to my house. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the prices. Like most shops now have the coin lock trolleys that can be a pain with 2 kids.

This is Ballarat's newest Aldi, and probably the best. The staff seem to enjoy their jobs and its a little bigger than the others.
Again, not bad is you're after quantity - not quality!

Great variety of new products or items every week! Most of their products are a lot cheaper deal than other stores. Most vegetables and fruits are good price. Extra Virgin Oil is a lot cheaper too. They also have some organic food items that we can hunt between other items (hope they add more). Almost our daily need is there, if we need something not available we can just drop at other stores and grab that thing only! We enjoy putting the trolley back using your coinage or key ring...it's more neat to see than trolleys scattered around the streets or even on the highways!

I was very happy when Aldi came to Ballarat . Their prices are much lower than other grocery stores and the quality is as good and some-times better. The stores are bright and clean, parking is easy and if you buy a token in the shop for the trolly, keep it on your key-ring and you won't need to look for money each time.

We went to buy a slow cook pot for work, and ended up buying a pressure cooker, and a bench oven/toaster. These are such practical items to have in a supermarket.

Aldi really does have the right idea, no choice within a item, but enough variety to satisfy most of your shopping needs at a reasonable price.
