1300 Flowers

1300 Flowers is my preferred website for ordering floral gifts. I subscribe to their email newsletter, so I am always up-to-date with the latest arrangements, specials and seasonal flowers. I have bought many gifts from the website and I have found the floral arrangements to be stunning and of high quality. One time, I actually made a mistake on the delivery address and the staff were very helpful in correcting that error and ensuring my order was delivered to where it should be. I only wish that the delivery costs were cheaper and that there were more floral arrangement options in the lower price range.

This florist called me (the recipient) to let me know i was getting flowers delivered after my work hours. Never received them and the flower sender called them to complain and get a refund so the next day money was taken out of his account. 3 days later, still no flowers.............

I used this service earlier this year for a flower arrangement delivery to family living interstate.

I was very impressed with the customer service, they were helpful in accomodating my requests.

The recipients were pleased with the flower bouquet saying how lovely and fresh it was, which was good to hear!

the price was very reasonable too, considering i had to send flowers interstate!

I booked flowers for a certain day, but got a call from their customer service saying that the fresh flowers were arriving that day and if I changed the date to a day later I would get the new batch. Not too many florists care much for that kind of detail, and as the flowers were a sympathy gift I was glad to have been given the option. The flowers were beautiful and lasted longer than expected. A very caring company with fabulous customer service.

I have used 1300 flowers a few times most recently I ordered some flowers for my mums birthday and she was over the moon. They looked lovely and fresh. I also used the free lindt chocolate code I had from a previous order and they were a hit as well. Even better still I got a new code to use again next order!

Great business. Beautiful flowers and extremelly helpful staff. So easy to send flowers. Just pick up the phone and order.

these guys always provide a wonderful service that's not very expensive. they deliver right on time & are always courteous.
