We are thrilled to have chosen Western Elec to install our inverter and battery. Their price was competitive, and their knowledge and advice spot on. Tom and Michael, were professional, efficient, timely, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a couple of issues (optimiser sensitivity) with the Fronius Inverter. After taking the time to work with Fronius to resolve the issue, they returned several times, at cost to them, to make sure it was fixed and working properly. Given we live in a semi-rural town, we weren't sure if they would be happy to travel. Their after sales service was second to none - we always felt like we were important to them, not just a job. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and if we ever move, and need a new system, we will be ringing them for the work.
