Dear Tracy, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. All feedback that we receive is valuable as it assists us to improve on the products and services that we provide to our guests. I'm sorry that you didn't find the room to be up to standard and that the workers were making noise during your stay. All of our rooms are being refurbished this year which is very exciting. The room that you stayed in will be next so we should have an exciting new product if you do choose to stay with us again in the future. I apologise if our evening maintenance staff member frightened your daughter. He is rostered to work late to attend to any afterhours cleaning and maintenance issues if they arise. I will pass your feedback onto the relevant departments to see where we can improve in the areas that you mentioned.
