Great homes start in Caloundra

We decided on Stroud Homes over other builders due to the great communication and honesty about the process. Even the hard topic where discussed early on so we knew what to expect. Sales process, all the way through to going to site was great. A few delays caused by council but the communication was at a minimum weekly so we always new what was going on. During construction, it went nice and smoothly. We had a change over of site supervisor through the build, but we had a site meeting and handover and it was a good transition. We were updated weekly with photos and verbal updates through their construction portal which was great. No question was too hard and we got to have site visits regularly.
I can’t recommend Stroud Homes enough. The team was super helpful and knowledgeable, helped with everything, the whole process was just…easy. This was our first time building so we were a little nervous, but they did a great job at helping us through and explaining the process, and explaining why things could or couldn’t be done.
We are now in our gorgeous home and it has been amazing! Such a brilliant quality. Found a few minor things after we moved in which i guess is to be expected, but they were there to get it fixed and communicated about trade delays and when we could expect things to be done.
When we get the chance to build again, I will defiantly be going with Stroud. Thank you Stroud team.

This was our first time building a home. Everything was amazing. From our very modified standard design process with Chris, through the preconstruction phase and our site supervisor was incredible. They kept us updated every week with pictures and offered walkthroughs at every stage. Our inclusions were great, and the contract was really clear on what we were getting. We did some variations after the contract but that was the only change. I can’t wait to build with them again. Highly recommended!!

Me and my wife have had an awesome experience dealing with Heath organising plans and everything to start building our dream home. He is friendly helpful and knows what he is talking about. Very well mannered and professional. Would deffinetly recommend.

Due to the steep slope of the block we were going to need an experienced and competent builder and Daniel Chapman from Stroud Homes Maroochydore was our favoured option. We saw one of Daniel’s builds on a similar block and were confident he had the ability to successfully complete our project. Other than requiring a larger machine to drill the foundation holes due to unexpected rock, the whole build was straightforward. The Stroud team were receptive to our personal requirements when we requested design/inclusion changes and assisted with sourcing the most economical options to get the results we were looking for. We felt Stroud’s standard inclusions to be superior to those offered by other builders. The handover date was within the agreed time and within our budget. Based on our recent experience we have no hesitation in recommending Stroud Homes to anyone planning on building their new home.

We were impressed with the level of customer service we received from the very first consult with their sales team and found the whole process easy and an enjoyable exciting time. We loved being regularly kept up to date (via the voxer app) by our site supervisor Barry (this really made us feel like we were there every step of the build), and cant believe how smooth the build went. We were impressed with the many standard inclusions Stroud Homes include and are extremely happy with the quality of our new home.
