Rising festival engaged Stretched Events to install a stretch roof on a 30m long X 20m wide truss structure in St Paul's Cathedral car park to create an amazing festival hub for the 2023 festival in June 2023. troy and his team could not have been more helpful and professional in every way. The install was challenging because the truss was 10m in the air and all work had to be done from scissor and boom lifts in a very tight space with a very tight timeline. The Stretched Events team got the job done quickly and efficiently both on the install and the deinstall. The finished product looked amazing and kept the event site dry and warm during a chilly Melbourne winter. Troy and his team from Stretched Events have seriously raised the bar in terms of Customer service, from concept to completion they delivered above and beyond our wildest expectations, from understanding exactly what we required to make our Events the success they have been.
Nothing is a problem to these Guys, their Marquee configuration was hand in glove to our needs, and despite unprecedented weather conditions the we remained warm and dry.
We hired a 20m x 20m Marquee which was streets ahead of anything else in the market place, creating a unique atmosphere unlike any of our previous productions. We accommodated 400 plus attendees admirably.
The installation and pack up was seem less.
We will continue to engage their services annually due to the cost effectiveness and personal and relaxed relationship we have developed with them.
I commend them to you.

Stretched Events provided a first class service from start to finish. The communication, planning, set up and pack down was awesome in difficult circumstances due to bad weather post event. The guys were super flexible and worked with us to ensure the massive stretch tent, festoon lighting and dance floor was exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. I can highly recommend Stretched Events - they installed the tent very efficiently, which was perfect for our event. Everyone commented on how wonderful it was, as it made the event so beautiful and created a really special atmosphere. Troy and the team at stretched events were fantastic to deal with the whole way along and the end result was magnificent. We ordered the 20 X 10 tent and it was well big enough for our 80 person wedding.

Awesome friendly team. Really stress free process. We worked with them to order the tent sizes we needed and looked through their photos for inspiration and to get the style right for the purpose. We hired 10x10m tents to create unique outdoor talks/workshop spaces within the Off-Grid Living Festival. Not only were the tents great for the space creation they added a much more festive/creative feel to the festival. LOVE THEM! The install and removal was super smooth and no fuss.
