The boys turned up when they said they would. Removed old the Solar Panel setup and reinstalled the new panels with stainless fixtures and brackets.New inverter ,also replaced some broken roof tiles.The three installers were very polite,didnt rush the job and we ended up with a beautiful new Solar Panel array . Would highly recommend Solar Run to anyone.

Sales Rep: Andre ToumaSales Experience:- Very pleasant- You don't feel pressured into getting into something that you're not familiar with- Whole process was explained properly from solar panels, inverters, benefits, payment plans etc. etc.- They are also a recognised solar business provider (Very Important). Don't just deal with anyone.Set Up Process:- Andre was very helpful also during the whole set up process- Assisted with ensuring all documentation requirements were done to assist with installation and setupSolar Panel Performance: (The Best Part)- Obviously I wasn't expecting a great deal of benefit during the winter periods and this was explained and easily understood.- But, the great part is now that we are in Spring and the sun is shining, I've can happily say that my monthly bill was a massive $15.00.- Yes I'm still paying the payment plan but I ensured that the payment plan totals was considered in the whole decision making processSummary:- Highly recommend Solar Run- Look for Andre Touma to assist with your inquiries- But, make sure you do your own home work

I have zero knowledge about Solar system where to start and what to buy? but Andre made a pleasant job, he gave us onsite consultation and helped me to made a right choice in choosing solar brand and inverter. After Installation I can see its working really well and producing enough solar power. Look wise it is fantastic all clear black sleek look. Could not have asked for a more competent and professional team of tradies to install 30 panels and a new electrical box , all finished and totally removed all debris from site in 2 days . Legit the best guy to talk to about Solar. He gives you an honest opinion on the brands, panels and inverter and this is what we as customers want to hear - pros & cons. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and would highly recommend this guy. He went out of his way to advise how to prolong the inverters life span and will get out one of his installers to check on the workmanship after it's been installed.
