We specialise in low rise residential steel detailing drafting. We offer a complete drafting service to produce all the plans you need for your new house, addition, extension or renovation or a residential units. These set of plans include:
Material list/Cut List, 3d Model, Shop drawings with beams, braces, trusses, columns, purlins plus lots lots more.
Drawings are produced using AutoCAD, Tekla and pro steel. Which are the most widely used drafting program in the world. This means drawing files can be imported from consultants eg: surveyors or engineers as .dwg files or exported to any specialists as .dwg or .pdf files.

We will work with the local authorities and local consultants to prepare a full set of plans for houses or residential units that fulfils the need of both our client and the local Council or Certifying Authority.
Plans and complete sets of working drawings have been produced for projects in locations as diverse and widespread as Northwest Western Australia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, tropical Queensland and most parts of Southern Australia.
WHEN CAN WE DO IT
How soon can you get a set of drawing.
We could promise you the world, but we like to keep our promises. So we will give you a ETA that we believe we can achieve. Because we use the best CAD Programs we can knock out the work faster then most.
A typical job consists of hold down bolt plans, shop detail drawings, marking plans, site work plans, cleat sheets, bolt lists, dxf files, nc files and data reports.
Liaise with Engineers, fabrication and riggers, to help the project get the correct results.
Document control of all data between client Engineers and Fabricators.
RFI’s and site meetings as required.
Progressive reports to clients on the progress of the project
Precast panel drawings with cast in plate locations and ferrule locations.
