Booked a two night stay at the Mantra. Found the reception most welcoming and forthcoming to our questions and queries . Delighted to be granted an ‘upgrade’ from our Standard room but felt somewhat under whelmed with the only addition evident to us was a kitchenette & microwave. Whilst appreciative this addition doesn’t count for much with such a short stay. Disappointing with the television as the promised Fox reception was not connected. This was not conveyed to us. Location is very handy to three or four restaurants and the amble into the City is an easy walk. Little puzzled that the restaurant was closed on Saturday night but fully understand supply & demand. Information about the full amenities of the Hotel were not present in the room . Room was spacious and well kept and the servicing excellent. Overall our stay was enjoyable, thank you !

Good room, disappointing that we couldn’t get a beverage at the Bar, or an evening meal in restaurant. Website says that both would be open, when made an enquiry staff member said wasn’t open weekends .

I arrived in the pouring rain and had reserved a parking space. The parking was full and Taylor - on duty manager moved a vehicle in the rain so I could get my reserved parking. I went to my room and there was an issue with it . No problem to Taylor - she arranged me a new room without any fuss - it was her pleasure. Well done
