A few friends referred us to Josh for his mortgage brokering services. Their feedback was highly positive and after going through the pre-approval process with Josh, we can see why his customers are happy with his services and have referred us on to him! Josh took the time to understand our situation and our goals, and was unhurried in giving us advice to help us reach our decision. He is well versed in the Australian property market and was always more than happy to share his insights. More importantly, Josh delivers what he promises. He was able to quickly turn our application around by following up with the lender to expedite the approval process.
