Architect – Andrew Fedorowicz

Andrew Fedorowicz is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Architects. He was nominated and accepted in 2017. This is an honour bestowed upon Andrew for his significant contribution to Architecture and recognises his professional excellence, and the time he has devoted to further community work.

With a broad experience in Architecture, Andrew is well known for his passion and real expertise in Heritage restoration and refreshment. However he is also a supremely practical Architect working on a full range of projects, including large Sporting Clubs, major Hospitality Venues and other greenfield projects. Andrew brings an eye for detail backed up by a lifetime of experience. A Balance project is a complete project both visually and aesthetically, the construction or redevelopment is of the highest level.

With over 30 years Architectural practice, Andrew Fedorowicz (FAIA) demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of structural engineering and associated disciplines.

Andrew has major experience in both complex restorations and the development of totally new projects designed, constructed and ultimately completed, from conceptualisation to occupancy.
