We had to say goodbye to our cat last night (20/1/23). This clinic couldn't be faulted and made the incredibly difficult experience as easy as they could for us. ... read more We had received a critical diagnosis from our local vet toward the end of their business day. He wasn't in pain so we took him home and called Advanced Vet Care to let them know we were on the way. When we got there, they saw us straight away and they had a room set up for us. The vet Taylor (along with all the other staff we encountered) was incredibly compassionate, kind and patient. Taylor knew this was my first experience of this process so she made extra bit of effort to give me kind words. She lit a candle, played soothing music and gave us as much time as we needed to cuddle him and say our goodbyes. We were also given as much as time as we needed after he fell asleep to spend time with him privately. Thanks Advanced Vetcare for helping us through this experience. I'm so grateful. Wanting to pass my thanks to the staff we were with on 20/1/23, it must be hard to work in an emergency environment so your efforts are appreciated. Very glad we chose this clinic as my old boy's last trip to the vet.

Dr Kylee Goggin is an absolute angel, love everything about her. My doggies have always been treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately one of my doggies passed away, but AVC were able to give him extra time - 2.5yrs! My other doggie is still a regular with her health condition but so far AVC have added 4yrs to her life and she is still going strong. I cannot recommend AVC enough. To all the Vets, vet nurses, and receptionists thank you , thank you, thank you - your kindness doesn't go unnoticed.
