I was very impressed with the speed which we were processed upon arrival despite it being a Tue night and busy. We were also able to park underground which was very convenient as it was rainy. The food was delivred promtly on the requested time we had asked and it was very tasty.

The Stamford is a wonderfully elegant and classy hotel. From the time we arrived we were welcomed by friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a 2 bedrrom apartment with 2 bathrooms and the furnishings and styling was opulent and comfortable. We were in the centre of Melbourne and close to everything too so being a tourist was easy and fun!

The Wesley is by far the best hospital in Brisbane. From the time we arrived to the time to the time The staff were wonderful-professional and pleasant and the nurses particularly were intent on keeping us up to date with our situation. The cleaners and kitchen staff were professional and friendly and the newly renovated hospital decor was lovely.Truly a pleasant experience despite being in hospital.

The day we came here we also had taken one of the Ginger Factory's ginger tasting sessions so we were fully ready to buy some ginger products! What a range! Ginger chocolates as well as drinks were some of the things you could purchase. Staff were helpful and the store was big enough not to feel uncomfortable browsing if you were the only one in there.

We arrived o0n a Wednesday which happenned to be pie and chip day.The menu is limited so dont go there without checking first as some days they offer more on the menu than others. The pie was excellent(homemade I think) the pastry flaky and it was served with what looked like handmade chips which were delicious. The atmospher in the lovely old building was warm and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

We arrived late Thursday night after warning the proprietor we would be late in and the reception was open till 1030PM which was great and convenient. They also had a deal of buy one hot breakfast get one free which is great value. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. Parking is AWKWARD as you park outside your room and that area was very cramped. Consequently in the morning you hear EVERYONE leave as the acoustics make it hard to muffle the sound! The Motel promises free wifi but we were unabkle to access it at all.

Again I landed back here for yet more dental problems and they were still wonderful staff. You cannot fault their caring friendly and pleasant manners. I was processed through the steps of day surgery efficciently and pleasantly with each person informing along the way what was happenning. The place is still a bit tired but clean!

Very happy after using this plumber for the first time.He arrived promptly after giving me a time frame he would be there. Professional answering when i rang too. He assessed the problem and went out the back for 2 hours using the eel to unblock a drain full of tree roots. The best part was he said the bill would be posted and I did not have to pay on the spot which was amazing. He also estimated the cost of the bill for me so i would have some idea of the cost. Pleasant and polite.

Absolutely outstanding service.Sold a large item on ebay and arranged delivery to Melbourne with these guys. Fantastic servicew from start to finish. They gave 110 percent the whole time. The franchise owner himself came out to my house to measure the item and take it away to be packed safely. He called me to say he was running late which is rare these days and was pleasant polite and professional when he was there. he called me after like he said he would and told me the cost and also emailed me regularly throughout the process keeping me informed. i would thoroughly recommend them for your courier needs without reservation.

I have used this place many times for our fussy sensitive cat and they are wonderful.You can tell frm the minute you rrive they love all animals and they are willing to listen as you talk of your animls needs. The cat accomdation is wonderful and spacious and fun with plenty of climbing and hiding places for puss to expolre safely.
