High pressure sales tactics. I went online to obtain a quote, entered my mobile number (with misgivings) - but it said it was solely for the purpose of giving me a code to retrieve the quote - and then, at the very end of the quoting process, no price was given, just a message that said, "answer your phone as someone is calling you NOW." Sigh. I should have ignored it, as it's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back. The caller just wouldn't give up: although they couldn't match the other prices I had obtained (3 other quotes) or the agreed value, they insisted their policy was better - but wouldn't email the PDS so I could read it before deciding! The caller kept asking for my bank details. Really worrying that elderly and more vulnerable people may be pressured into policies they don't want by this company. Lesson learned: don't put your mobile number in, no matter what. Oh yeah, they sent me an email the next day, hassling too.

Excellent, excellent service. I get my Advantix and Interceptor here at a price that is SO much better than anywhere else online. The products seem to be mailed out the same day, as I get them the next day.

Well-priced Innoxa products. Very prompt free postage, included a free lipstick I wasn't expecting (a nice one!) I bought one cream which was marked as "discontinued" (a shame), but the rest of the stuff appears to be current. It's not due to expire any time soon, anyway.

High quality Australian product, Queensland company. Prompt postage and excellent customer service -- answering questions and giving advice without pressure to buy. I recommend trying the trial pack first, although the vast majority of people come back for full size packs, according to Mismo's website. I've tried most of their range and find it to be very good, although I'm not convinced that some of the more expensive products are appropriately priced -- that's probably something for the individual customer to decide for themselves.

Well priced, thorough service. I didn't completely like the colour I ended up with, but it's hair and it will grow out -- the colour was my choice and totally my responsibility! The actual service provided was very good and the price competitive. I like that the owner-stylist has followed up with me to offer to change the colour -- but it's really not something I'm worried about! Top marks for service. Highly recommended.

I drive past another Bridgestone to go to the store at North Lakes! The staff there are genuinely interested in cars, tyres and mechanical stuff. They don't care how old your car is -- they will look after it properly and recommend the best tyres and parts, based on your budget. I had to replace a windscreen (due to crack on driver's side) during a recent service. They arranged it to be done while at their centre (by a windscreen specialist they use) and it cost less than any of the windscreen places. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service and product knowledge. Answer email questions promptly ... I asked about ingredients and expiry date on a specific products, and they went to their warehouse to check the expiry date and emailed back.(No guessing!) Prompt shipping at a nominal cost. Confident recommending this store to others.

Damaged our car while it was in their custody and refused to admit responsibility. Car was left for repairs to two panels. We picked it up just before COB on a rainy Friday (our first mistake) and discovered on the way home that it had clear over-spray on about two thirds of the car (it was also on the windscreen, our first clue something was wrong). Called SmashCare 8am on Monday. Took car in on Monday afternoon. Their response: "maybe your neighbour was painting the fence" (with clear paint!) and "it's got nothing to do with us" ... but "we can fix it for $300." The car is two years old. Aside from the accidental damage to the two panels we were having fixed, its paint was in excellent condition before we left it with Smash Care. Now we have to fix damage sustained while it was at a repairer!
