I have bought an entertainment book for the past 5 years, and always save more than the cost of the book! It has such a great range of restaurants and things to do, and we will often look in the book to plan where we would go out.

I have shopped with Biome in-store and on-line several times with confidence, knowing items are delivered quickly and in excellent order. Their staff are friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. Am impressed with their huge line of green friendly products. A small issue with one product was resolved quite well.

I have waited for an order for ages with little communication as to when I could expect it. Questions I asked (via email) were not answered. The product range is excellent though and they have good sales.

Hello Charlie has a great environmentally friendly focus. They have a great range of products and are well priced. The box it was sent in was re-used and looked like it had been several times already.
They sent the order quickly, but one of the items we ordered was not sent. Another item was included which luckily was similar to the original ordered.

I was warmly welcomed, a little overwhelmed with the huge quantity of stock when I entered, but the layout was extremely well explained to me with fantastic service, making it very easy to shop and find the perfect items for me.
