Only been here once, but it was great and I want to go back! It's an all you can eat buffet, with some made fresh to order stations. There's a guy cutting roast meat for you, someone making pasta to order (you stand there and tell them which pasta and what sauce, incl what you don't want in it, e.g. wine) and my favourite - naan bread! You collect the ingredients for your naan bread, and they cook your custom bread inside this fire pit. Delicious!

My second favourite was the dessert bar! A big choc fountain, lots of things to dip in it and various small servings of desserts.

I didn't pay, but I know it wasn't cheap. Beats your regular buffets though with the made to order foods!

Pretty easy to get value for money here. Meat is tasty. Cacik tasted plain and just bad. Yet one of their other dips (it might have been hummus) was excellent. The lachmacun was okay, but a bit thick for lachmacun. The peynirli (spinach and cheese) however.. the absolute worst I've ever had. I didn't think it was possible for it to taste bad, but it did. :( Really thick- a combination of too much filling and the ingredients being cut too thick. I would come back, but you couldn't pay me to eat the peynirli- avoid it.

As for service- non existent. We tried for ages to flag someone down from our table once we'd finished. I had to wander around with my plate and flag someone down to wrap it up to take home. They weren't even very busy. The restaurant in particular only had 3 tables occupied.

They have a desserts section where you can buy packs to take home with you. I enjoyed the different flavours of turkish delight.

This has been our family's choice for turkish restaurant for many years. I prefer the Kebab Station (further down Sydney Rd) when I can take away. But if we want to dine in, this is still our choice. They do kofta, rice, cacik and zucchini fritters really well! Their pizzas used to be better, but are still better than some of the other restaurants in the area. Lachmacun, peynirli and for something a bit different - their sucuk (turkish sausage) and mozzarella pizza! Ask the restaurant to let the cheese cool down first if you're going to take it away (otherwise the melted cheese sticks the stacked slices of pizza together :().

They have banquet nights, however I always ask to order from the menu.

Agree with the below reviews. Definitely a place to try! My personal favourite is the cooked tuna, which has a really nice soy/mayo sauce in it. Unfortunately their opening hours are a little limited during the day. Only 12-2:30pm for lunch. But they reopen at 5:30 for dinner.

Came here for drinks only. It's got great atmosphere - you can sit inside or in the plastic covered area outside, or actually outside in a garden like area. Everytime I've been here I attempted to get the apple pie, but it wasn't on the menu at those specific times.. Maybe one day!

Had this pizza when I was a kid (about 12 or so years ago) and loved it. My parents thought it closed down, but I found it again last year and have been a couple of times since. You can order a meter of pizza (or less if so inclined) and they'll lay the entire slab of pizza out on your table. Definitely worth a try for the taste, but if nothing else, for the novelty!

Not a bad mini golf place. I hadn't played many times before, so not sure if it was just that - but we all thought the outdoor course was fairly difficult. Especially the beginning few holes! A couple of interesting ones, where the ball would drop through a hole and be transported somewhere else. Not much lighting outside though, so best to play during daylight hours.

My new favourite dumpling place! Definitely worth a try. Huge portions, and reasonable prices. And the staff are really nice. The only problem we had was that it could be difficult to get a waiters attention - even though they were often standing around not doing anything.

I highly recommend this place largely however because even though I came here with a voucher, there was absolutely NO different treatment. We got everything we asked for. No skimping or arguing etc (unlike a lot of other places who offer vouchers). And due to this proper treatment, I will be a repeat customer.

Try their noodles - they hand make them. And don't be afraid to try the fish, it's really soft and yummy. My favourite dumpling was the fried pork (it went really well with the sweet and sour sauce that gets served with spring rolls!). We also liked the chicken and prawn.

Bad chicken parmas. I've tried it twice now. The chicken was tough and dry. And the portions are absolutely ridiculous - smallest parma I've ever seen, with about 12 chips! The only redeeming factor was the salad dressing. Has a nice tang to it.

Apparently the pasta was average, and I didn't hear any raving from others about their meals.

Pricey, but you can get buy one get one free meals with shopadocket (bringing parmas down to about $10 each).

We usually visit this place whenever we're in Phillip Island, it's quite nice. Their mexican rice is my favourite. They make nice quesadillas, tacos and nachos (not sure about the rest, I haven't tried them). Drinks are awesome too!
