Great personal trainer - love my sessions with Russell. Very supportive, caring and interested in looking after you both on a fitness level and health wise. Although I work in the Melbourne CBD and have participated in boot camps and group training with work, I decided to look for a mobile personal trainer for myself in Oak Park and came across these guys.
