I switched to momentum after being with AGL for around 5 years, my bills reduced significantly, especially with their solar rates. during peak times our bills are roughly 70% of what they were with AGL, couldn't be happier with the service

We used this service when on holiday in Cairns, we were very disappointed with the service we received. When attempting to cancel the hire of 1 of the items over the phone we weren't told the full fee would still be charged for that item. This was hidden in the fine print of an email which was almost 1000 words. When we asked if the charge for the cancelled item could be refunded the business owner was quite rude and in our opinion used the terms and conditions to profit from our situation, rather than to protect against any loss.
