The cupcakes in this bakery are awesome!

There are so many flavours to choose from and also different budgets are catered for!

The best part of this place is you can have your cake and a coffee for $6.50! Such fantastic value!

Recommend the rocky road, the cheesecake, the choc mint, the red velvet...

Oh so many to choose from!

Approximate cost: $6.50

At the time of travel, the rooms were very competitively priced.

The quality of the rooms/apartments is fantastic. We booked a double room with a sofa bed and got upgraded to a double + single room apartment at no extra cost.

The apartment also had kitchen facilities which was great so that we were able to have breakfast and cook meals during our stay.

Service was great - cleaning/making beds each day.

Will definitely return when next in Melbourne!

Approximate cost: $165/night

Overall the rooms were quite well priced for the area. But the rooms were quite small - ok for 1, but when sharing a room with someone else the issue of space becomes an issue.

Bathrooms are VERY small - and the doors are a little see through (also a problem when sharing a room with a work colleague).

The quality of the rooms was very good - everything has been recently re done so it is all very clean and tidy.

Service was great - extra blankets that were requested were delivered straight away.

Approximate cost: $140/night

Took my car there to have tyres fitted - I wanted an out of stock tyre, which they had delivered to the store the following day and fit within the hour.

All for the lowest quoted price around also.

Fantastic friendly service also - both the office staff but also the tyre fitter who was happy to speak to me about how many more kms I could get out of my remaining tyres and approximately when they should be replaced.

Overall fantastic!

Price is for 2 x Yokohama tyres.

This review is for Gloria Jeans, Callaghan NSW

Gloria Jeans as any other.

Tend to have their good days and bad days - sometime burn the milk, and the coffee is too bitter to drink.

Nice friendly service, and the value is standard compared to all GJs in the area.

Approximate cost: $4

Quality of the coffee is fantastic. STRONG, VERY STRONG.

The food has a quirky spin - but is really yummy.

Recommend: the bircher muesli with poached fruit, breakfast tortilla and the pesto and pine nut eggs.

Approximate cost: $15 all in

Went for breaky with a friend.

Had the eggs benedict - was fantastic, although small for the price. My friend had the pancakes which were again, on the small size for the price.

Coffee was great, there was a wait on everything as it was cooked fresh. Couldnt eat inside as it was FAR too hot - need to consider A/C especially over summer!

Will definitely return.

Price is coffee PLUS breaky

This review is for Benjamas Thai, Cooks Hill NSW

Benjamas has the best thai around Newcastle!

I recommend their Massaman curry - I have it every time I go.

It is a great place to take a large group as they facilitate sharing dishes and rice.

Just remember to take your own wine if you fancy a drink!

Sniddy's has it all.

Fantastic friendly, laidback atmosphere. Very friendly service.

Have had their chicken snitty, their steak, and their seafood platter - everything was so fresh and tasty!

Good value, particularly as the size of all of the meals is huge. For example the seafood platter for 2, could easily feed 3!

Approximate cost: $20-30

Went there for dinner with friends.

Ordered several items off the menu - the arancini balls are fantastic, as were most of the tapas starters available. However, these were over priced for sure.

I had the soup of the day for a main, and it came out with a piece of the cooking equipment in it - hard pieces of plastic. To compensate I was allowed to order anything on the menu and did not have to pay for my main at all.

Service initially was, if anything, too much - every few minutes we were asked how things were going and if we wanted anything else. They then forgot to place an order from our table - which meant that one of our friends didnt get their meal until we had all finished ours.

Approximate cost: $20-30
