Being a tenant, I think Crabtrees is the worst agent I met. We have rent an office/warehouse from CBRE and we went very well with them. So we continued this lease with them for many years. However, once Crabtrees Real Estate Oakleigh took over this property, everything had been changed. They are very rude and unprofessional and tried their best collecting money from us. The worst thing they did is that they added a lot of special conditions on the contract which we didn't treat it seriously at the beginning. Then we got more and more trouble from them and spent more and more money on it. Finally we had to move out of the property a.s.a.p. If you are going to sign any contract with Crabtrees, I hope you can be careful with all the special conditions they put on. Otherwise your trouble will never end.

This is a husband and wife team. Helen is a very kind, royal and happy cleaner. They listen to you and always improve what you asked. Since I started with them, I never think changing to anyone else.
