Me and my family were passing through Melton when we stopped at Debba's Fish & chips to get some lunch. We were absolutely gobbed smacked at how the place was still open for business and wasnt shut dont by the health inspectors as we were waitng for the food to cook we couldnt believe the state of fiflth this was in. the chairs had spider webs at the back of them the floor looked liked it hadent been cleaned in years the windows were discusting and to top it off when my husband approched the rude mattured lady to speak to her about the cob webs on the chair she replied i have no time to clean I'm too busy WTF??? we have repored this shop to the health inspectors already i cant beleieve that they are in business! we ended up throwing out the food as we can only imagine how bad it must be behind the counter!

the play center is great but the staff can do with some training in customer service I HATE being ignored especially when you have kids carrying on like monkeys! when you want to order hot drinks and food some staff just ingnor you. acknowledgment is great! Craig does this all the time its called customer service i find that the staff cant be bothered once the owner walks away! considering that the cafe makes most of the profit i think that they need to improve in this section as I've had many other mothers complain about the same thing.

these people would have to be the biggest rip off there prices are ridiculous i cannot believe that they are still in business!
as for service i just got back from there and waited to be served for 10 min as i watched two staff members chatting about rubbish they purposely didnt make eye contact with me i was livid and just walked out of there they lost over $100 purchase because they couldn't be bothered! so rude they both watched me walk out and pretended not to notice me!

my family and i went down to check out something different other than your typical take aways and it was a fantastic experience they have the special on where kids under 12 eat free this is such a bonus.....we ordered the big mixed platter and it was absolutely delish there was nothing left on the plates....service was great and real quick too didn't have to wait long at all the guy at the counter came over to our table and asked if everything was OK this is so rare these days to give that sort of service!

i took my daughter to have a free trial which was fantastic as i had to pay at another center.......which was a total waste of money and time as they had zero customer service the footscray city gym were fantastic welcoming us to there gym great big smiles at 9am in the morning explaining what they do and how they do there session was fantastic even my 1 yr old son and husband had an absolute ball great way to get the kids active :p

being a busy mum with 2 children and running my own business this by far is the best thing i have come across from the service on the phone to the top quality of products i can not say enough good things about it having my bread milk cheese bacon butter fruit vegies and all delivered to my door and helping out the aussie farmers.....i rate this service to the very highest!

sam did my spray tan and made me feel very comfortable. she explained everything and her customer service skills were FANTASTIC i would defently go back the only down side is the travel time but worth the drive :)
