Have had my car insurance with them for 12 months and am now moving my home and contents insurance to youi also. Have not had to make a claim, so can't really comment on that front. But their customer service is excellent. I filled in an online quote and then received a friendly, non-pressuring call a few hours later. As someone who likes to do things online rather than spend hours waiting to talk to someone, youi are great.

My daughter and I love this kindergarten. I must reveal I am on the parent committee. Great teachers - really love their job and love kids. They are up to date in their approach and are creative and fun. May not look like much from the outside but has a great community spirit.

Fantastic group practice. Can usually get an appointment if you ring in the morning. Friendly reception staff and down to earth and realistic doctors. Not a flashy clinic but clean and good. Have facilities to reimburse you from Medicare straight away.

I had a blind put up in a bedroom. Just needed to be screwed in basically. It eventually got up, but the man needed quite a bit of help from me, and used all my tools. He was a bit patronizing to me and called me "girl". As a mother of 2 small children, I really wanted someone to come and do it all. It was a task I could have done myself, but wanted it done quickly and without using up all my rare spare moments.

Right from the phone call to place order, this was a bad experience. They didn't take our name or number, and just hung up after the order was placed. Got to store and there were no customers, and the pizza oven was not on. My pizza was there but suspect it had been cooked in the regular oven out the back. It was not cooked properly and ingredients were sparse. Could have made a much better pizza at home.

Fantastic female Gynaecologist. Just the sort of Dr you want to have for gynae issues. Doesn't get much better than this! Affordable even as a public patient.

We left our cat in their boarding facility for a week. Friendly and professional staff. No problems. They didn't offer to show us where our cat would be staying but I don't think they would have minded. Great for city cat boarding.

Home delivery of fresh fruit and veg and some other grocery products. Very fresh and top quality produce, straight from the markets. They have lots of different options eg mixed boxes of various sizes. They can tailor your box to get you what you want. They deliver to my area once a week and take orders online or by phone. You can set up a regular delivery. So good to have a beautiful box of fruit and veg chosen for you and delivered to your door!

No real problems. Great setting. Professional, well managed, large centre. Just didn't feel very personal or caring. They didn't really ask much about your pet and were very business-like. You are unable to see where your cat will be staying.

This IGA supermarket is great for a couple of things. Their deli is amazing with a huge range of hams, antipasto etc. They also stock very cheap meat. But the best thing is they always have cheap LaVazza coffee - half the price of other big supermarkets. I always stock up whenever I am passing by.
